As part of the Global Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of models and systems to maximize the power of data and analytics enabling our performance improvement projects, vision, and strategy.
You'll work with business analysts in figuring out the best solutions for complex data needs. You will then build systems and solutions to extract and transform data from multiple sources to create integrated reporting tools and dashboards to drive decision making for teams all around the world!

Our Business Analyst / Developer for Sales Operations must possess very strong quantitative and analytical abilities. In addition to maintenance and development of existing platforms, there will be the opportunity to develop new business software solutions with global impact. It is important to be able to work collaboratively with the wider team and meet important deadlines. Business-minded professionals with excellent written and verbal communication skills are valued.
Job Purpose
To work within the global Sales Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager Global Sales Operations, with responsibility for the implementation, documentation, testing, audit, and maintenance of key business software systems.
The role will also include requirements gathering for new features, working with stakeholders and the applications development team to prioritize work and further develop a cloud software platform that will provide a world class experience to the end users in our Sales Organization in support of their sales activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new team, on a new platform, that will bridge gaps between existing legacy systems using a modern cloud toolset and provide a foundation for features that will excite our end users and bring them the benefits of an integrated and automated workflow experience.
