The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a deep understanding of BI platforms, data preparation methodologies, and storytelling through dashboards. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support data-driven decision-making across departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, finance, operations) to gather and document reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using a broad range of tools, including:

• Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, Zoho Analytics, SAP Business Objects, Yellowfin BI, MicroStrategy, Atlassian Analytics, Amazon QuickSight
• Perform advanced data transformation and preparation using:

• Alteryx, Altair Monarch, Knowledge Hub, Panopticon, Sisense, KNIME, Klipfolio, SAS, Splunk, Board
• Develop and manage data workflows, data lineage, and pipelines that ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process or product improvement.
• Create comprehensive documentation and user manuals for dashboards, metrics definitions, and processes.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives and deliverables.
• Use Excel, Google Analytics, and advanced spreadsheet functions to validate and manipulate data for ad-hoc analysis.
• Support project and business process modeling using:

• Microsoft Visio, Axure, Enterprise Architect, ClickUp, HubSpot
• Utilize Oracle Analytics, Databox, Domo, and other specialized tools to support specific departmental needs.
• Monitor and audit report performance, usage, and accuracy; implement enhancements based on feedback.
• Train business users on self-service BI and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
• Stay updated with BI trends, best practices, and new tool capabilities to continuously improve reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 4 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, BI development, or data analytics roles.
• Proven expertise in building scalable, user-friendly dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts, SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Clear understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and performance tracking across various departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience integrating BI tools with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with scripting or statistical languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance practices (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
