Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Data Analyst
As part of this role, you will be using data analytics to evaluate processes, identify requirements, provide data-driven reports and suggestions to executives and stakeholders, mentor junior resources within the team.
Responsibilities
Able to handle and analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Automate data processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
Mentor junior analysts.
Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
Provide excellent customer service by showcasing customer centric behavior
Demonstrate ability to think critically
Showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Any Tech graduate or post graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Proficient in Advanced Excel
Strong communication and analytical skills
Presentation Skills
Problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills (One or more of whats mentioned below)
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Query and Power platform
Expertise in Data Visualization Tool like Power BI, Tableau is nice to have
Prior Experience in Python Coding or SQL is preferred
Prior Experience in Front End Development (HTML, CSS)
AWS or Azure
