Job Description

Role Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated professional to bridge the gap between business and technology while managing project coordination. The candidate will analyze business requirements, prepare BRD and FRD documents, oversee project timelines, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document). Map current and proposed business processes (As-Is and To-Be) using tools like Draw.io or Visio. Collaborate with technical and design teams to define and validate system requirements. Participate in UAT and ensure deliverables meet business objectives. Assist in preparing user stories and maintaining project documentation.

Project Coordination



Assist in project planning, task allocation, and progress tracking. Coordinate with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Conduct meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on assigned actions. Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and client communication logs. Ensure alignment of all deliverables with the company's objectives.

Core Competencies



Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator (3-5 years preferred). Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies. Ability to multitask and manage project timelines effectively.

Technical Skills



Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello. Familiarity with flowcharting tools like Draw.io or Visio. Knowledge of AI/ML domain will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification



- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
