Job Title: Business Analyst

As the project will follow a fully Agile framework, strong expertise in Agile delivery is a must-have.

Pharma domain experience will be a big plus, though not mandatory

Qualification:

B.E, B.Tech, MCA or B.Sc (I.T).

Experience:

5+ years

Candidates with relevant experience from a non-engineering or Science Background can be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Performing requirements gathering and analysis. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Working closely with clients, technical team, and management. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Help Project Manager in managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent documentation skills. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
