An Ideal Candidate:
Business Analyst with 3-6 years or 6+ years of experience in digital implementation projects, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Responsible for documenting requirements, creating user stories, validating wireframes, and overseeing functional testing. Strong understanding of business processes, interdependency analysis, and impact assessment, with a B.Tech/BE or MBA/PGDM degree.
Key Competencies:
1. Past experience of working as a Business Analyst in digital implementation projects
2. Ability to act as an interface between the technical team and business team at BPCL, understanding business requirements and communicating them to the tech teams
3. Responsible for documenting requirements, acting as internal clients, and supervising functional testing
4. Experience in creating user stories, process flow diagrams, validating wireframes/mockups with UX designers
5. Ability to define test conditions to validate the development & quality of the application
6. Demonstrated capability to show functionalities to key business users
7. Ability to conduct interdependency analysis and impact assessment on other business processes
8. B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA)/PGDM
