Inviting applications for the role of Manager/ Consultant/ Business Analyst - Cat Modelling - P&S

In this role, you will be using client data to model exposures and analyze results using RMS software.

This process involves two major steps, which is the cleansing of Exposure data, applying the financial structures before carrying out the model analysis.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Provide pre-bind and post-bind analytical support with the exposure capture and modelling of risks.

\xc2\xb7 This will include:

o Data cleansing across different LOBs: Property, Natural Resources, Marine

o Slip interpretation and applying financial structures

o Import and validate exposure summary

o Model accounts in RMS RiskLink

o Analysing the results.

o Communicate the results with the onshore modelling team

o Create/ modify/ run SQL scripts to perform day to day process steps

o Generate insights that enables better risk management based on knowledge of client data

\xc2\xb7 Provide analytical support across reporting activities, such as the portfolio roll-up

\xc2\xb7 Provide support for ad-hoc request and project work.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

\xc2\xb7 Graduate

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience primary insurance modeling

\xc2\xb7 Experience using RMS RiskLink

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Sequel impact is an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Excel

\xc2\xb7 SQL knowledge is an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Ability to deliver time bound tasks

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle the work pressure

\xc2\xb7 Work as a great teammate & highly motivated with problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of Data scrubbing, financial structures, and modeling.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical ability

\xc2\xb7 High speed of execution

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Interpersonal skills
