Join a dynamic team as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Capital Markets. This role is ideal for qualified professionals experienced in SQL, data analysis, Databricks, and financial markets. You will drive complex software releases, collaborate with business and technology teams, and design impactful business solutions for our banking client.
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Coimbatore (3 days WFO,)

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects on a monthly software release cycle with minimal supervision.
• Gather business requirements via coordination with business users, developers, and managers.
• Develop use cases, functional specifications, and test cases. Ensure complete test coverage and documentation for every release.
• Present business solutions and process optimizations to client senior management.
• Handle release weekend support and production support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the Capital Markets domain (Asset Management or Investment Banking preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of relational databases/SQL (Sybase preferred).
• Must-have: Databricks + any 2 (Python / PySpark / Tableau / SAS / Mainframe / Power BI) + SQL.
• Understanding of post-trade processing and the trade life cycle for financial instruments (fixed income, equity, FX, derivatives, financing trades).
• Basic understanding of margin collateral process is a strong plus.
• Solid experience in software testing - functional, regression, integration, and user testing.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; ETL & Data Transformation.
• Production support / issue triage experience.
• Exposure to Unix is a must; understanding of XML & XSD is a plus.
