Designation: Business Analyst
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune
Experience: 5+ Years
Education: B.Tech / MBA Preferred
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner - 45 days

Key competencies / traits (applicable for all positions):

• Strong foundational skills - written and oral business communication, stakeholder management

• Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis - process definition, requirements gathering and analysis

• Proficiency in writing BRD, FSD and use stories. Hands on experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Visio. Jira will be an added advantage

• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to clarify delivery requirements

• Experience in Software product development; business and technology transformation; Agile methodology

• Ability to drive interactions with Program Manager, Senior Sponsors within business & technology teams

• Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work, managing stakeholders, ownership of project outcomes

• Deep domain and system knowledge to turn customer needs into business requirements and workable technology outcomes

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities (applicable for all positions)

• Driving requirements analysis across multiple programs

• Managing requirements backlog, prioritization, estimations and planning

• Owning the delivery of requirements documentation, business process documents, functional architecture

• Collaborating within project and program teams to deliver technology solutions for solving business problems

• Managing User Acceptance Testing and supporting business adoption

Requirements
Domain Areas

• Trade life cycle, Equities and derivatives, Fixed income, Portfolio, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Securities Lending & Borrowing, Brokerage

• Asset class coverage - Equities, F&O, Index data, Commodities, Fixed income, Mutual Funds, ETF, REITs

• Order management & trading: quote management, order matching, market controls and pre/post trade compliance (including asset servicing and fund accounting concepts)

• Broader understanding of FO, MO and BO functions.

• Good to have some Experience with Swift Message framework

• Data mapping, transformation, Data rules mapping (Basic SQL knowledge atleast)

• Facilitate the team's Scrum ceremonies, i.e., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog grooming.

• Guiding the team on the Agile Scrum methodology like continuous improvement

• Knowledge of PO/PM (product owner/manager) roles and responsibilities will be an added advantage
