Job Description

:
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives wrt Real
Estate and Investments, workflows, and pain points.
Document functional and non-functional requirements for automation and
process improvement initiatives.
2. Process Architecture & Modeling
Support the design and adoption of a common process architecture framework for real estate and investment processes.
Develop process models using BPM tools and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
3.Technology Enablement
Work with technical teams to evaluate and implement solutions across:
Workflow/BPM
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Intelligent Document Automation for Real Estate and Investements
Generative AI & Agentic Tools
Process Intelligence & Monitoring Low Code/No Code platforms
AI/ML platforms for predictive analytics of Real Estate andInvestment process
IoT integrations for Real Estate and Investment processes
Workforce productivity tools
Analyze bot performance metrics and recommend possible improvements
4. Opportunity Identification
Identifying and scoping opportunities for transformation using automation tools and create business case for Real estate processes.
Use process intelligence and data transformation techniques to accelerate discovery.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between real estate business units and technology teams.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption of automation capabilities.
Work with business/operations Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand and document solution requirement.
Assist Operation team and SME's in conducting the UAT for the developed solutions before the deployment.
Governance & Standards to Ensure compliance with organizational standards for process modeling and automation.
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of frameworks and tools.
