Workforce productivity tools
Analyze bot performance metrics and recommend possible improvements
4. Opportunity Identification
Identifying and scoping opportunities for transformation using automation tools and create business case for Real estate processes.
Use process intelligence and data transformation techniques to accelerate discovery.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between real estate business units and technology teams.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption of automation capabilities.
Work with business/operations Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand and document solution requirement.
Assist Operation team and SME's in conducting the UAT for the developed solutions before the deployment.
Governance & Standards to Ensure compliance with organizational standards for process modeling and automation.
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of frameworks and tools.
