Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Lead workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather information and insights.
Conduct GAP analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, QA, and operations.
Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Support the development and implementation of business solutions and system enhancements.
Create wireframes, process flows, use cases, and user documentation as needed.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation, including change requests and troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFIS domain as needed, e.g., finance].
Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and working in cross-functional agile teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude.
* BA (Business and System Analyst) skills resource having through banking products knowledge on CASA(onboarding ,kyc , etc) and Payments like IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/BBPS/UPI/ENACH,etc.
