We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Business Analyst - Automation Specialist
with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with strong expertise in automation workflows, AI-driven processes, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Design and recommend automation solutions to streamline business processes.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver efficient automation workflows.
Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and requirement specifications.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.
Stay updated with the latest automation tools and industry trends.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience
as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on automation.
Strong knowledge of
automation tools
(UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Understanding of
AI-driven workflows, APIs, and integrations
.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
is a plus.
