Designation: Business Analyst
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Pune
Nature: Office-based only Key Qualifications:
Cargo Customs Domain: Preferred, but not mandatory.
Process Innovation: Ability to design and implement systems or processes for change.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Impact Analysis: In-depth knowledge of assessing the impact of changes.
Documentation & Reporting: Skilled in preparing reports and presentations to showcase the impact of changes.
Testing & Workshops: Involvement in conducting tests, surveys, and workshops regularly.
Agile Practices: Solid understanding of product backlogs in agile software development. Core Competencies:
Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in an agile environment, supporting agile teams.
Requirements Gathering: Proficient in capturing and articulating detailed product requirements, including functions, features, and behaviors.
Business Process Improvement: Expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes for greater efficiency.
Technology Proficiency: Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, Excel, MS Project, and others used for requirement management, documentation, and process mapping.
Solution Design: Ability to propose innovative solutions to improve processes and provide clear, actionable project documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a focus on trust and effective stakeholder management.
Bonus: Exposure to the logistics domain is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
Backlog Creation: Develop and manage product backlogs for the development team in an agile setting.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Client's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment on project goals.
Business Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis and manage requirements through the project lifecycle.
Documentation: Create essential project documents such as Project Initiation Documents, System Requirements Specifications, user stories, and other necessary documentation.
Prototyping & Modeling: Design user interfaces and model business processes.
Critical Thinking: Apply analytical and critical thinking to solve complex business problems.
Decision-Making: Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
Customer Relations: Maintain strong, effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
