CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst - ADM position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 months
Duties:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across ADM and IT governance domains.
Conduct impact and gap analyses to support SDLC initiatives.
Facilitate requirement workshops and manage stakeholders effectively.
Map processes and use cases to guide technical and vendor teams.
Analyze business cases and provide functional guidance throughout project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and frameworks.
Skills:
Strong understanding of SDLC and ADM processes.
Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Proficient in process design, use case mapping, and impact analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
Experienced with compliance monitoring and adherence to frameworks like FFIEC, ITIL, COBIT, IAM, and MFA.
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer.
Ability to develop and track baseline metrics for policies and standards.
Experience:
1.9+ years as a Business Analyst in GRC, IT governance, and risk management.
Proven experience in process design, compliance monitoring, and metrics tracking.
Working knowledge of ADM and SDLC methodologies.
Education:
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, CISSP.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
