CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst - ADM opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in alignment with project objectives.
Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders and end users.
Perform impact analysis and gap analysis to assess feasibility and risks.
Map business processes and use cases to ensure clarity and traceability.
Analyze business cases and provide insights to guide technical and vendor teams.
Act as a liaison between lines of business and the development team throughout the SDLC.
Support stakeholders in defining and refining requirements to align with business goals.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Exceptional requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis skills.
Proven ability in conducting impact and gap analysis.
Skilled in process mapping and use case documentation.
Strong stakeholder and user management abilities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications.
Experience:
Demonstrated background as a Business Analyst with ADM focus in non-technical, domain-functional roles.
Experience working directly with business users, stakeholders, and vendor teams.
Prior success in facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional requirements.
Track record of supporting development teams through requirements clarification and alignment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
Advanced degree or equivalent professional training in Business Analysis or related discipline preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
