Qualifications:

• Total Years of Experience 6+ years
• Relevant years of Experience 4+ years

Mandatory Skills for screening (Limit to top 5 and include version).

• Coordination of project management activities, logistics, resources, change control, and communication
• Preparation of WBS
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements such as data, scope, and timing
• Proficient in JIRA and ServiceNow for IR/CR tracking
• Assigning tasks to internal and external teams and assisting with schedule management
• Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues
• Creating, maintaining as required project documentation, plans, and reports
• Maintaining project data and customer-driven communication
• Preparing necessary status reports for management, including technical summary reports

Good to have (Not Mandatory)

• Project Management certification (PMP/ACP/ SAFe/ PSM etc.)

Agile methodology:

• Scrum Master
• Ensureappropriate standards and requirements are followed Detailed Job
• Need a competent practitioner, who is diligent, good communicator and can maintain synergy within the team.
• Having good knowledge and hands on in project coordination activities. Handled Cost and budget and participated in budget planning.
• Identify Risk and make mitigation plan.
• Have good experience in creating different set of status reports and presentation skills.

Shift Timing:

• Ok to support Canadianbusiness hours between 9:00 pm EST and 6:00 am EST (India Morning Shift) and/ or 9:00 am EST and 6:00 pm EST (India Night Shift on weekly rotation basis and as and when plan for weekend deployment
