Business Analyst

Conducting meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders

Performing process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts

Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions

Researching and evaluating software, tools and automation options

Creating detailed requirements documentation and specifications

Supporting solution design, testing and implementation

Preparing reports, presentations and business cases

Managing projects and product delivery schedules

Communicating with various stakeholders and team members
