• Lead on cost recovery initiatives, specifically around Microsoft and other licensing, collating data and reporting as required.
• Produce regular TLR reports to assist team in tracking changes withing Digital Workplace.
• Monitoring daily Microsoft license usage trends.
• Assist in the management of Digital Workplace business performance.
• MTP budget forecasting and reporting of planned vs. actual.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of Digital Workplace, it\'s services, technology and people.
• Produce management information (PowerPoint and Excel) on budgets/financial and performance as required.
• Day to day running of Digital Workplace Controls e.g. Daily Microsoft license volume tracking and tracking Ariba Pos.
• Lead on vendor contract tracking, submission of purchase orders using Ariba, reporting and general governance.
• Lead on the submission of sub-con and agency purchase orders using Ariba for Digital Workplace.
• Work with Deloitte to ensure Microsoft license availability and ordering licenses when required from the VLSC.

Skills

• Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
• Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g. business KPIs, business cases)
• Data Analysis: strong skills in gathering and utilising data to help the business operate more effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills: advanced Excel user, demonstrably good at organizing, sorting and analysing data, highlighting key information using pivot tables, creating formulas using functions such as \'XLookup\' and \'If\' statements, to assist in data analysis.
• Microsoft licensing: have a basic understand of Microsoft licensing.
• Team: operates in a learning context and able to work on own initiative and make informed decisions
• Data Analysis: experienced within a data driven environment and have an ability to advise on best approach when acting on the results of the data evaluation.
• Negotiating skills: able to interface and converse at all levels, manage customer expectations and make best (business) practice decisions to meet customer agreed requirements.
• Financial awareness: experience in the managing budgets and reporting
• Ariba: good working knowledge of Ariba and associated tools like VIM, different types of PR including Candex
