:This position is part of the Operations Performance Management Team, supporting multiple lines of Business for Collection Operations. This is a leadership role responsible for identifying performance opportunities and driving results across the businesses and locations. Responsibilities include providing operational leadership with analytics and tools to maximize collections efforts and drive overall business performance. Partners with closely with key Partners to drive strategies and implement initiatives. Provides analytics to understand impacts of economic and strategic changes to operational trends, capacity and goals. This position will also have local oversight for our Mumbai analysts and other support teamsAs part of Operations Performance Management Team, you will support multiple lines of Business for Collection Operations and be responsible for identifying performance opportunities and driving resultsJob Responsibilities:

  • Perform analytics to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency for Card, Auto and Overdraft Collections
  • Provide performance reporting and analytics for multiple cross skill initiatives
  • Drive Utilization performance across the the LOB\'s
  • Manage new initiatives, strategies and adhocs
  • Analyze performance variability and outliers across the business
  • Onsite leadership of local analysts
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • BA degree or Masters degree
  • 10+ Years of core analytics experience along with operations experience preferably in Collections and/or Back Office
  • Analytical Experience- leveraging past data to identify core trends, opportunities and driving results.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communicator
  • Proven ability to influence
  • Proven ability to run cohesive and agile teams
  • Experience running large xlob projects
  • Having technical skills including Excel, Alteryx, SQL, SAS, and Python
  • Familiarity with data bases and related languages
  • Understanding of digital communication
  • Ability to organize data and create analytical insights
