Hybrid Workinga,

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. WeaAEURA(TM)re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

The Technical Analysis role within the Reference Data team is responsible for client data within the bank on a cross-asset basis. The team implements strategic change, future architectural planning, development and maintenance of strategic repositories which are both in-house and vendor supplied. The repositories source, validate and distribute reference data to all systems in the firm. The area is undergoing significant change with a number of high profile project initiatives. This role requires a detailed, methodical, forward thinking individual with proven business and technical analysis experience in an IT-project environment together with excellent stakeholder communication skills.

What will you be doing?

oa, a, a, Build, manage and prioritize feature teams a, backlogs, and working collaboratively with other feature teams (Feature teams are aligned to specific reference data domains, Legal Entity, Accounts, SSIaAEURA(TM)s, Books)
oa, a, a, Define business requirements and document in appropriate business requirements specification documents.
oa, a, a, Carry out data mapping activities.
oa, a, a, Define and detail data gaps, data requirements and data distribution methods.
oa, a, a, Convert business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements and create appropriate documentation using the departmentaAEURA(TM)s standard templates.
oa, a, a, Identify changes to the requirements and work with the Project Manager to raise and get approval for Change Requests.
oa, a, a, Provide input into the technical design process to ensure the design satisfies the business requirements.
oa, a, a, Provide input into the technical design signoff phase
oa, a, a, Own & Maintain Data Entity Standards as new attributes are created/removed.
