We\'re building the bank of the future from scratch, where you\'ll have the opportunity to make a real impact.As a Business Analysis Associate I - Knowledge Management Specialist at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing all knowledge-related activities, including implementing effective strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge across the organization. The Specialist will be required to work alongside Content team and Internal & External stakeholders, to promote and optimize the usage of the organization\'s knowledge base.Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining internal facing knowledge base: responsible for creating, maintaining, and curating knowledge bases-a centralized hub that stores and organizes information/knowledge assets for the internal employees
  • Creating searchable resources: responsible for creating easy-to-use and searchable knowledge base for easy access; setting up knowledge channels and ensuring that they remain open and functional
  • Collaboration with coworkers: responsible for collaborating with writers, end-users, and other stakeholders to optimize the information storage and distribution. Liaison with information consumers to optimize/improve the knowledge base
  • Regular review and recertification: responsible for ensuring that the knowledge content are up to date, reviewed, and recertified as per the company policy and guidelines
  • Editorial responsibilities: responsible for the overall quality of the knowledge content procedures & how-to-guides prior to publishing in library/hub
  • Periodic reviews: responsible for periodically reviewing knowledge content, regularly gathering feedback from information consumers, and coordinating with writers in implementing the feedback
  • Work with teams across the organization to identify and capture relevant knowledge, gaps and best practice
  • Conduct regular audits of knowledge assets to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usefulness
  • Train and support employees on knowledge management best practices and tools
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 8+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of relevant industry experience in knowledge management, documentation mgmt./ record keeping
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge management and process documentation experience in Banking domain
  • Good understanding of knowledge management concepts, processes, content management tools, and collaboration tools-Confluence.
  • Hands on experience in Knowledge Management tools
  • Strong analytical and time management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
  • High level of professionalism in leading groups and process improvement initiatives
