Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to define GenAI use cases, value propositions, and success metrics Assess current data, processes, and technology to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation Translate business requirements into solution concepts, data strategy, and implementation roadmaps Support adoption of GenAI capabilities such as virtual agents, automation, insights generation, and analytics Facilitate workshops and document requirements, KPIs, and process improvements Collaborate with architects, developers, and data engineers to ensure business alignment Provide change management, training, and adoption strategies for GenAI initiatives


Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, or AI strategy Strong understanding of data-driven business processes and AI use cases Experience with cloud-based platforms and enterprise data architectures Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value narratives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AWS AI/ML services, or GenAI projects Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases for AI data pipelines Background in Insurance domain MBA or equivalent degree in business, analytics, or technology Prior experience in contact center or customer experience transformations
