Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders. Analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and suggesting improvements. Collaborating with technical teams to design and evaluate solutions. Managing communication between business and technical teams and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Contributing to project planning and coordination. Assisting with testing and quality assurance. Supporting change management initiatives. Monitoring implemented solutions for continuous improvement.
