Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique challenges, facilitating workshops to promote organizational transformation, and collaborating with various teams to implement strategies that enable clients to outlearn and outperform their competition. You will also analyze current processes and recommend improvements that align with best practices in business agility, ensuring that clients are equipped to adapt to changing market conditions effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and understanding of business agility principles. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Software Product Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
