As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges, facilitating discussions to identify opportunities for transformation, and guiding teams in implementing strategies that enable them to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will play a crucial role in helping organizations outlearn and outperform their competition through effective change management and innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of business agility principles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze and improve business processes for enhanced efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
