Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with clients to provide advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitating discussions to drive organizational transformation, and guiding teams in implementing effective strategies to help clients excel in a competitive landscape. You will also analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to ensure that clients can adapt swiftly to changing market demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of business agility. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops to drive consensus and alignment. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks to support organizational transformation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
