What would you do?

Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Supply Chain involves managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency. The flow of tasks involved in the supply chain, such as order fulfilment, procurement, warehousing and transporting.

What are we looking for?

o You are rigorous, organized, flexible, good communicator and good interpersonal skills. o You like working in a team and with the client, you like challenges. o You are comfortable with IT tools (Excel, Power Point, SAP), and you are very comfortable in English (written/spoken) o Your knowledge of Customer Services and aviation industry. o Your knowledge of Supply Chain activities. o Your culture and your taste for customer satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities:

o Create Purchase Orders in SAP. o Ensure the delivery of parts in compliance with the delivery planning. o Communicate with you suppliers by phone and emails to get information on regular basis. o Challenge you Suppliers to obtain better delivery date if needed (negotiation skill). o Keep the tool up to date to give the client full visibility of project progress. o Find an alternative solution to deliver on time if there is a production problem with the Supplier. o Collect and consolidate KPIs specific to your portfolio of Suppliers. o Communicate and interact with different project managers internally and at the client s premises. o Participate to escalation meetings with the client to highlight deliveries at risk and propose alternative solutions. o Resolve blockages/discrepancies (Freeze Codes, Blocked invoices ...).
