We are looking for a Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with customers, understand requirements, and convert leads into sales. The role requires strong communication, convincing skills, and the ability to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
Explain offerings, pricing, and benefits clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM updates
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales & conversion targets
Build good customer relationships and ensure service quality
Manage objections and close sales effectively
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Regional language)
Experience in Telesales / Inside Sales (EdTech/BFSI/SAAS preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge
