Explain EDP program details, benefits, and process clearly.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable program options.
Manage leads, follow up regularly, and achieve conversion targets.
Record all interactions and maintain an organized pipeline.
Support newly enrolled clients with the next steps when required.
Requirements
Experience in sales, business advisory, or customer interaction roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong follow-up ability and target-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of business/entrepreneurship (preferred).
Ability to build trust and guide clients professionally.
