We are looking for a strategic and results-driven

Business Advisor

to act as a trusted consultant for our key clients. In this role, you will gain deep insights into client objectives and challenges to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that enhance growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value. You will lead strategic discussions, collaborate across departments, and ensure outstanding client experiences while driving revenue expansion and retention.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and priorities. Develop and deliver tailored business strategies and solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams across operations, delivery, finance, and support. Lead strategic planning sessions, service reviews, and contract discussions to align client expectations with organizational capabilities. Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts through data-driven insights. Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing updates on client performance, market trends, and competitor insights. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the refinement of consulting methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Attributes:



Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships and achieving measurable business outcomes. Strong consultative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients and priorities effectively. Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally. Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence tools. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in dynamic business environments.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 1 to 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategic account management, or business advisory roles. Demonstrated success in managing strategic clients or portfolios and delivering impactful solutions that drive growth.
