About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced

Travel & Tourism professional (10+ years)

to join our company as a

Business Advisor

.

The ideal candidate will provide

strategic guidance

in designing offers, discounts, marketing campaigns, and corporate tie-ups across

air tickets, train bookings, tour packages, visa services, and medical tourism

. This role requires deep industry knowledge, competitor insights, and proven expertise in corporate travel dealings to ensure our company stays competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Advise management on

offers, discounts, and pricing models

. Guide in creating

marketing and promotional campaigns

(online & offline). Support in building

corporate partnerships & B2B tie-ups

with companies, hospitals, and institutions. Provide insights on

competitor analysis and market trends

. Suggest

loyalty programs, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement plans

. Build alliances with

airlines, hotels, hospitals, travel agents, and service providers

. Work with sales & marketing teams on

strategic planning and execution

. Explore new revenue streams in

corporate travel, medical tourism, and international collaborations

.

Requirements

Minimum

10+ years of experience

in the Travel & Tourism industry. Strong knowledge of

air ticketing, train bookings, travel packages, visa services, and medical tourism

. Expertise in

pricing strategies, discounts, and marketing

. Proven ability in

corporate travel negotiations & partnerships

. Excellent

communication, advisory, and analytical skills

. Ability to

analyze competitors and recommend winning strategies

.
