About Job profile -
Managing the team and planning the work - Sales, Accounting, Social Media, Designing, Co-ordinating with artisanal groups, Travelling for exhibitions, tracking stock, Quality check & other interesting tasks.
There is no one word or one major responsibility. Its what the organisation need at that moment. You will not be bored with regular tasks but can feel excited with new opportunities of learning coming in as days pass.
Its not a single persons work but a group who discuss and decide the priorities and act upon it. Ofcourse, there are founders to guide us too.
