Assist in maintaining accounting records, bills, invoices, and expense data
Update basic financial information in Excel or accounting software
Support monitoring of project costs and profitability under guidance from management
Assist in tracking renewal dates for company licenses, registrations, and compliances
Maintain records related to safety documents, certifications, and inspections
Support basic HR activities such as attendance, leave records, employee files, and payroll coordination
Help prepare simple reports and summaries for management review
Maintain organized physical and digital records of company documents
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and offices as instructed
