  • In this role you are fully responsible for the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow of Grid Software Business unit (BU) which includes both the Segments - Grid Control & Software and ensure the smooth operations of the BU.
  • End to End controlling for domestic as well as export projects \xe2\x80\x93 including significant interaction with SI OpCo Management as well as BU Management in HQ
  • Drive and Agility to achieve all the Financial KPIs in line with the Budget and Forecast such as Revenue, Profits, Cash, and other financial aspects relating to the projects would be of utmost priority monthly.
  • Regular Project reviews and timely reporting both to SI OpCo management and GSW global management would be an integral part of the role.
  • Customers mainly include Public and Private Utility customers and interactions with them for the purpose of Project execution, Collections and Negotiations would be the need of the business.
  • Experience in Permanent Establishment (PE) related topics would be an added advantage considering the cross-border transactions both ongoing and in future.
  • You will advise, control, and coordinate the financial activities of BU together with reporting, forecasting, controlling, accounting, costing (including cross border transaction costing), sales administration and internal & external audits.
  • Implementing, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting on periodic basis with deviation analysis for the entire BU.
  • You will contribute to the success of our business by being responsible for the submission of proven, competitive, and complex offers for projects in categories S to B under Domestic and Export (cross border).
  • You will be responsible for all commercial activity related to the acquisition and bidding process.

  • Post graduate in accounting, CA/Masters from premier institute will be preferred
  • You have 10-12 years of experience in finance/accounting with team handling experience of >3 years
  • You have significant experience working in a multi-national environment and in a matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge on Project Accounting and Sales Acquisition related activities
  • Strong interpersonal, Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills
  • Solid business acumen and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of Management within the Business unit and in the organization.
  • You have exposure to cross border projects and related commercial compliances.
  • The role is based out of Kalwa location in Mumbai
