Job Summary:



The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving sales growth within the organization. The role requires a blend of leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution to meet the company's revenue targets and foster a positive team environment. This position involves managing a team of sales representatives, creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Handling & Conversiono Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads via phone, email, or chat.o Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services or education programs.o Conduct consultations, answer product/service queries, and manage objections effectively.o Guide leads through the full conversion journey -- from inquiry to enrollment or purchase.o Sales Execution & Closingo Follow up promptly with warm leads and maintain consistent communication.o Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to paying customers.o Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the team manager.o CRM & Reportingo Accurately document all interactions and progress in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).o Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.o Provide insights into common objections and client needs to improve processes.o Customer Relationship & Onboarding Supporto Ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding or service teams' post-sale.o Build rapport with prospects and maintain professionalism throughout the sales cycle.o Collect and share client feedback to support ongoing service improvement.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
