Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Business Accounting Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of

business accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, Tally, and Power BI

with hands-on experience in the field. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing course materials, and ensuring students develop practical skills relevant to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on

Business Accounting, Tally, GST, MS Excel, and Power BI

. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards. Provide

real-world case studies and practical assignments

to enhance learning. Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with

latest accounting practices, taxation rules, and financial tools

. Support in

curriculum development

and continuously improve training methodologies. Maintain training reports and ensure high student satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in

Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

.

2-3 years of practical experience

in accounting, finance, or training. Strong knowledge of:

Accounting Principles & Standards

Tally ERP / Tally Prime

GST & Taxation

MS Excel (Advanced)

Power BI (Preferred)

Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to

simplify complex concepts

for learners.

Preferred Attributes:

Certification in

Tally / Power BI / Financial Accounting

. Prior experience as a

Trainer or Faculty

. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching.
