Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Trainer to join our team and help aspiring accountants and professionals develop their expertise in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, a deep knowledge of relevant software, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to learners. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions and workshops on various aspects of accounting, including but not limited to: MS Office package GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations ITR (Income Tax Return) filing procedures Tally accounting software Peach Tree accounting software Develop and customize training materials and curriculum to meet the specific needs of participants. Provide hands-on instruction and practical exercises to ensure participants gain a thorough understanding of accounting concepts and software. Assess the progress of participants and adapt training methods accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and updates to accounting software. Address participants\' questions and concerns, providing clear explanations and solutions. Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an accountant or accounting trainer. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, MS Office package, GST, ITR filing, Tally, and Peach Tree. Strong communication and presentation skills. Patience and the ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to keep up with changes in accounting regulations and software updates. Professional certifications in accounting or training are a plus.
