Production Planning - Electrical/Mechanical Industry - 4 + Years - BangaloreWe are seeking a highly driven Production Planner with experience in Busduct manufacturing to manage production planning, material traceability, ERP system improvements, and corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing the planning process and enhancing business efficiency.Location- BangaloreFuture EmployerJoin a leading player in the electrical engineering space, known for its focus on innovation, safety, and manufacturing excellence..Responsibilities * Preparing monthly production and billing plans aligned with sales and manufacturing capacity.

• Coordinating with purchase and sales teams to ensure timely availability of materials and billable orders.
• Improving process traceability and resolving ERP (Infor) related tickets efficiently.
• Conducting ERP (Infor) training for new users and supporting new process implementation.
• Driving safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred Electrical)
• 4-5 years of experience in production planning or Busduct ITC (Sandwich & Air Insulated)
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP and Infor
• Strong Excel skills for planning and reporting
• Good understanding of BOM preparation and sub-con/vendor coordination
• Experience in implementing process improvements and IMS documentation
