What would you do?

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs The Technical Architect supports the Accenture s Leaming Experience Design & Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients. Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.

What are we looking for?

oResponsible for translating business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms. oCreate prototypes, complete Integration testing with delivery platforms, create job aids and other relevant documentation, onboard the content development team on the tool/s and processes. oExpected to have deep knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors -- to deploy and test the courses to provide best user s experience. oResponsible for reporting status of team-members to internal/external stakeholders. oup skill the content development team on standard tools and technologies. The Technical Architect is expected to learn new tools as and when introduced and knowledge share it with other team members. oExpected to carry out R&D into new technical solutions in line with client business requirements and company strategy. oWork in collaboration with ID and media team to provide the solution as per the requirement. oWorking inside a small team developing web /app-based solution using common development languages oHas an in-depth understanding of Authoring tools -- Articulate 360/Lectora/Captivate/Flow 2/GOMO oHas an in-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML oHas experience in developing content for mobile platforms or has worked on development of mobile applications e.g,, IOS, Android and Windows Phone oExperience undertaking common software quality assurance practices to validate solutions developed. Has experience creating detailed software documentation. oStrong English written / verbal communication skills. oStrong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary. oAbility to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed upon timelines and commitments. oFamiliarity / expertise in industry standard learning courseware frameworks: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC oExperience with JavaScript libraries like, bootstrap, foundation, require, angular, jQuery, etc. oFair knowledge on MS Power Platform and SharePoint related technology oFair knowledge on automations with regards to learning domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads o Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams o Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
