What would you do?

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs The Technical Architect supports the Accenture s Leaming Experience Design & Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.

What are we looking for?

oResponsible for developing the courses as per the templates provided using different authoring tools. oExpected to have good knowledge about Leaming Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors -- to deploy and test the courses to provide best user s experience. oExpected to explore and learn the new authoring tools/ platforms available. oWork in collaboration with ID and media team to develop and deliver the courses. oResponsible for reporting status of work/tasks assigned to them with leads/ stakeholders. oWorking inside a small team developing web /app-based solution using common development languages/authoring tools oHas an in-depth understanding of Authoring tools -- Articulate 360/Lectora/Captivate/Flow 2/GOMO oHas good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML oStrong English written / verbal communication skills. oStrong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary. oAbility to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed upon timelines and commitments. oFamiliarity / expertise in industry standard learning courseware frameworks: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems o Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors o In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments o The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
