About the Role:
As a Data Analyst within our Operations CoE, you'll be at the intersection of business operations and technology, using your technical skills to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and provide valuable insights to stakeholders across the organization
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using visualization tools like Power BI and Stargate
• Build and optimize Python scripts to enhance automation and analytics capabilities
• Perform rigorous data quality checks to ensure consistency across key processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Partner across teams to support global/regional projects and identify process improvements
• Address stakeholder queries, resolve issues, and share insights from data analysis
• Drive simplification by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements

About the Team
The COE team acts as an enabler within Business Operations, driving process adherence, data quality, and simplification. We work collaboratively across regions to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.
About You
You're a curious problem-solver with strong analytical abilities and a passion for continuous improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy translating complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Your technical expertise is matched by your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Commerce, Accounting, Insurance, or equivalent field
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance, financial services, or data-focused roles
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau)
• Proficient programming knowledge in SQL and Python to support automation and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

These are additional nice to haves:

• Knowledge of P&C Reinsurance processes and Business Services workflows
• Experience with automation projects or quality management frameworks
• Familiarity with handling large datasets and reporting frameworks
• Experience working in cross-cultural, global teams
• Background in process improvement methodologies
• Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
