We are seeking a professional and dependable Bus Driver to safely operate various types of buses, including school buses or College Bus paratransit vehicles, motor coaches, and shuttle buses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety. This role involves transporting Students or Faculty's efficiently while maintaining a high standard of vehicle maintenance and communication. Candidates with experience in delivery driving, limousine services, or commercial driving are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Safely operate buses for daily routes, special events, or transportation services, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Heavy License Required
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
Assist Students with boarding , providing excellent Students & faculty's service through out the journey.
Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption as required by company policies.
Communicate effectively with Students & Faculty's using clear language and professional demeanor.
Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability. to Co-Ordinate with your Facility Manager.
Follow all safety protocols related to paratransit, College driving, or limousine services as applicable.
Maintain a clean vehicle interior and exterior to ensure a positive College Bus or School bus experience.
Skills
Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles with strong knowledge of transportation operations.
Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance awareness.
Experience with paratransit services, motor coach operations, or College bus driving preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Kannada & Hindi, English Manageable for effective interaction with Students & Faculty
Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., Commercial ( or ) Heavy Driving License) with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to bus driving and vehicle maintenance.
Ability to operate various bus types including limousine or motor coach vehicles if required. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated transportation team committed to safety, reliability, and exceptional service delivery.
