Job Title: Business Development ManagerAs the Business Development Manager for the French Luxury Furniture brand, you will be responsible for developing the B2B sales channel that includes architects, interior designers, and high-end real estate developers pan-India with a primary focus on Mumbai. This role requires experience and relationships in luxury furniture or an allied industry. The individual will need to have excellent relationships in the architect, designer & real-estate developer communities. Requirements:- Having an innovative approach, an ability to understand the prospective needs of the market and then develop business opportunities. - Managing the B2B sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities. - Handling the sales process from pre-sales to after-sales services by coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Understanding the Ligne Roset brand and its product categories to craft design solutions for the customer.- Technical presentation and commercial negotiation skills. - Business development through engagement with B2B customers developed via relationships with Architects/Interior designers, high end real-estate developers. - Ownership of all facets of the sales process including the design detail, product recommendation & selection and sales process for customer opportunities generated through B2B contacts. - An ability to work with a defined timeline to deliver expected results.Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in any field with more than 8 years of experience.- An excellent network in the high-end furniture retail industry with a particular focus on architects, interior designers and real-estate developers. - A network in the High-end home furniture, lighting appliances, sanitaryware or similar products that are used in luxury residential projects.- A Pro-active planner and executor. - Should have excellent business communication, both verbal and written. - Strong-minded with a robust personality.- Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai- Reporting Manager: Business Head.About us: Burgundy Brand Collective is one of India's fastest-growing specialty retail companies with stores in 9 cities.
