Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and creating and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Solid understanding of the real estate industry in India
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
