Handle day-to-day bullion operations, including order processing, system entries, and transaction tracking.
Manage purchase, sale, and transfer of bullion as per company procedures.
Ensure accurate documentation for all bullion movements and maintain compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate with the dealing desk, operations team, and accounts for timely execution of trades.
Monitor inventory, reconcile stock, and maintain updated records at all times.
Assist in validating rates, verifying purity, and ensuring correct product handling.
Support KYC/AML processes for bullion transactions as needed.
Provide updates to management on daily operations, discrepancies, or operational risks.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline.
Coordinate with branch teams for queries related to orders, deliveries, and settlements.
Required Skills
Experience in bullion operations, precious metal trading, or related back-office operations (preferred).
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Understanding of bullion rates, purity, trading terms, and basic compliance guidelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under time-sensitive operational cycles.
