, a leading online platform connecting students with accredited online UG and PG programs in India, is expanding! Since 2021, we have been dedicated to guiding students with personalized mentorship. We are looking for a motivated Bulk Recruiter to hire and onboard part-time employees using company-provided candidate data.

Job Title: Bulk Recruiter (Part-Time Hiring)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bulk recruitment campaigns exclusively for part-time employees. Screen and shortlist candidates from company-provided data according to job requirements. Make 80-100 telecalls daily to engage potential part-time candidates and schedule interviews. Onboard part-time employees, ensuring completion of all documentation and training. Coordinate with department heads and managers to fulfill bulk part-time hiring needs. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, progress, and onboarding status. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment and onboarding progress to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment and onboarding of part-time employees. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to handle rejections. Previous experience in bulk recruitment, telecalling, part-time hiring, consultancy recruitment, or inside sales is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling bulk part-time hiring campaigns. Knowledge of the education sector is desirable but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
