To be successful in this role as a BUK Risk Manager, you should possess the following skillsets:

Creating a positive work environment. Hands-on experience with Simple & Straighforward projects, CoPilot & other modern tools. Good understanding of credit writing & open to explore opportunity in driving various simplification initiatives. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

You will be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with credit risk management, good understanding of CoPilot & other automation tool, project management, experience in managing senior member & stakeholders as well as job-specific skillsets.


This role is based in our Noida office.

Purpose of the role

To safeguard the financial health of the bank by identifying, analysing, and mitigating potential credit risks associated with lending activities.

Accountabilities

Analysis of financial data, including income, assets, liabilities, credit history, and economic trends, to determine the risk of default. Monitoring of existing loan portfolios to identify potential credit deterioration or early warning signs of default. Recommendation of loan approvals, rejections, or adjustments based on risk evaluation and bank lending policies. Development and implementation of credit risk mitigation strategies, including collateral management, loan restructuring, and workout plans.
