We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Architecture Industry)

Location: Mohali, Punjab | Full-Time | Experience: 3+ Years

Didar Design Studio is a growing, design-driven architecture firm known for thoughtful, innovative spaces that shape how people live, work, and connect. We're seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to help expand our client base and lead strategic growth efforts.

About the Role

As our BDM, you will be the bridge between design excellence and opportunity -- identifying new business prospects, building lasting relationships, and leading proposal and pitch efforts.

Responsibilities

o

Develop and execute business development strategies for architectural services

o

Identify and approach potential clients, developers, and collaborators

o

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across the industry

o

Respond to RFPs and prepare competitive proposals in coordination with design leads

o

Track leads, update CRM systems, and manage sales pipelines

o

Represent Didar Design Studio at industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

o

3+ years of experience in business development (architecture/design/construction background preferred)

o

Strong understanding of design services and project workflows

o

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

o

Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized

o

Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
