Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for corporate and travel clients.
Handling Sales Team
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to hotel revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams for promotional activities.
Maintain regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
4-5 yrs of
business development in software services / IT consulting
.
Fluent spoken & written English.
Strong skills in lead generation, cold outreach, and email marketing tools.
Based in Kolkata / West Bengal.
