Job Summary
As a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
, you will play a key role in
growing the company's business
by generating leads, building partnerships, and onboarding new service opportunities. This is a strategic position where you will directly contribute to the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients, OEMs, and brands for partnerships
Pitch Neosys Infosystems' services and secure new projects
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and networking
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare proposals and follow up for deal closures
Stay updated with market trends and competition
Support marketing and strategy for service expansion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Self-driven with a "go-getter" attitude
Ability to handle targets and pressure
Prior experience in sales, business development, or partnerships is a plus
Freshers with high enthusiasm and learning mindset are welcome!
